Designed by a machinist with the machinist and toolmaker in mind, the Master Quick Stop offers a full range of motion and versatility. It features T-slot mounting compatible with various knee mills, bed mills, and CNC mills. With over 3 square feet of reach from a single mounted position, this stop saves significant time during setup.

All of our meat comes from farm-fed, humanely raised cattle. 

Our shakes are made with organic ice cream from a local creamery.

Built for Precision, Strength, and Versatility

Mounting

Base Plate mounting slot provides adjustability when positioning the Master Quick Stop and securing with T-Nut and Locking handle. Comes with standard ½”-13 T-Nut for mounting. A Lift and Turn handle is used so it can be easily manipulated for clearance and interference issues.

Versitial Positioning

Unique design utilizing Ball Joint construction with components made in a partial Dog Bone shape for 3D positioning and 360 degrees of rotational movement. A Lift and Turn handle is used so it can be easily manipulated for clearance and interference issues

Clamping Power

The Clamp Lock Handle uses a ball-bearing thrust washer to reduce friction, boost torque, and deliver stronger, more reliable clamping.

A built-in spring washer lets the Master Quick Stop partially unlock while maintaining tension, keeping components secure but flexible until final positioning.

Unique Stop Design

A stainless steel Stop Rod with moveable Collar are used for extension control and also provide for position memory when moving the rod away from the workpiece as needed for machine tool path interferences but then repositioning when loading a new part.
